After a rough start because of very dirty mattress on the pull out couch, Hercules quickly switched our room and everything was fine from there. He was quick to react and we appreciated that!

Dissatisfied

Though our check-in was nice with Shashauna, our first room was not up to standard. The bed linens looked used & wrinkled as if someone just woke up and straightened the covers. We were assigned a second room and it just didn’t feel right again. The pillowcase and sheets still appeared wrinkled. We were refunded our money and we left.

Poor handicap room

Handicap room. It was not good at all. Plain walk-in shower. Called for shower chair but it had the rubber foot missing one leg.
