One night stay in Cleveland

Hotel was basically clean. The host who checked us in was very blah and not very welcoming. The room was clean and the shower was good. One thing we did not like is no ice bucket and only paper glasses in the room. No ice on each floor and only ice was in lobby. Once of the reasons we stayed was breakfast was included. The breakfast was disappointing to some of the other hotels that offer breakfast. If I were to come back I would probably not stay here again but it was not terrible for the price.

Not the cleanest, not the dirtiest

This location leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to cleanliness and decor. There were a lot of pieces off of various lights and fixtures in my room, marks on the wall, and water damage on the ceiling. All of the floors needed to be cleaned and carpets replaced. The real kicker was the constant smell of pot everywhere — my room, the hallway, and right outside the front door.

This hotel never let's us down! Incredibly close to the Cleveland Clinic for easy commute for appointments, etc.

Would book again. Free parking and reasonable priced. Very clean and felt the area was safe enough. Volleyball tournament was reason for travel. Very convenient location!!

The front desk staff were not the friendliness. I feel you could have more towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. When you ask for more you’re treated like you just stuffed 3 in your suitcase.

Guessing it’s not up to Hilton standards

Room needs a good deep clean. Start with removing previous guests garlic sauce from fridge then sweep walls of dust bunnies growing on the textured walls and from under the bathroom counter area. Door, inside and out, was filthy. Encasing pillows and mattress in some sort of cover would be more sanitary and ease worry about bed bugs. We saw no evidence of bugs but always check. Pillows were yellowed and mattress had some red stains on it. Gross.

Jervonne at the front desk was awesome and Gary from security too! I had gotten a rental truck from uhaul and they didn't have a padlock to secure all my gear,so Jervonne and Gary had me park in the front of the hotel in clear sight! Thank you again!!!

This hotel waa close to UH hospital without being on campus. A short 8 minute drive. The first room we had the mattress was severely stained. We got in so late we did not want to change rooms. The next morning we immediately went to desk to change rooms. Absolutely no issues with changing. Second room, limited mattress stains but there were splash's of food on the bed and wall. Splash of some liquid on the side of the bed. I stayed at this hotel a couplw years ago and it was nice ans clean. Definitely gone down hill.

Nice quick stay.

Stayed for 1 night before surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Even though it is located downtown, it felt safe with 24 security.
