The staff and Hotel themselves helped out in a very needed time. My family and I were staying at another place and our room was broken into, and we were put into a different room which had water stains all through out the room, the couch was torn in multiple areas, and it just was not the best experience. Sonesta was able to get us a room for the time frame we needed it at Midnight. Huge help and it made our stay so much better than it started.

This was my first time staying here. I did like staying here and I would stay shin but I would hope there can be a change with the pictures online for Travelocity and the rooms givin at check in. The room and pictures I booked from Travelocity was not the same room I was givin. When talking with front desk it looked like the rooms pictures were wrong per room. Very limited channel selection compared to other hotels. Overall nice stay would have liked the room I booked though!
