The room was in a quiet area, didn’t hear the shenanigans of the people in the hotel at all which was great. The bathroom was updated and clean. Unfortunately for us, the room had a strong smell of bleach which meant the fan had to be on 24/7 and the dust would stir as a result. The bed was a hard spring mattress which made it a little uncomfortable but otherwise the food was great and the hotel section was quiet and relaxing, even on a Saturday night.

It is clean, good size rooms and great staff. I highly recommend it

Noisy jack hammering next block for new building 9-5 in fairness the reception moved our room to next level on opposite side of jack hammering which helped with noise Good staff room clean

Traveling with a service dog, I was denied entry by the receptionist. Would not accept that my dog was entitled to access even though I produced the service dog identification.I explained the motel was liable for a for a $10,000 fine, and had to threaten to call the police. Finally she called the manager, who thankfully sorted things out. Was not a good experience for a suffer of PTSD. When loading the car to depart at 6 am, i was locked out, as was another guest. There is no access to the rooms from outside until 7am. After a wait of approx 45 minutes another guest was leaving and I was able to get back in . I will not be staying at Ibis again.

Pros: Clean spacious rooms, great location. Cons: Unfriendly staff, and poor soundproofing.
