Perfect for a pre-cruise night. Excellent breakfast!!

Great location, close to the airport, room was spacious and clean staff were good but need a bit more customer focus and welcoming. I think chairs at the reception is not ideal as an old man was sitting there facing the other side make us confused if that was the main hotel reception or not. Hotel Reception should look more welcoming. Restaurant food and staff were great but a bit more attentive. Overall it was a great sray.

Really clean and tidy. 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. I was really nervous about checking in out of hours with two young children. Other than being on hold for a while waiting to get through for the after hours access the process was seamless.

This isn’t quite 4-star quality. While the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, it’s worth managing expectations. The rooms were clean, but the hotel feels quite outdated. The bathrooms are very small and lacked ventilation, which isn’t ideal. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was basic at best, and the shuttle service is overpriced at $16 per person. You’re much better off taking an Uber to the domestic terminal, especially since it’s too far to comfortably walk. If this were marketed as a 3-star hotel, I wouldn’t have been disappointed. As it stands, it falls short of 4-star expectations. I had rebooked for our return stay, but have since changed to a different hotel.
