Everything was perfect. Road blockages made my Uber go round and round, so please plan ahead for your journey back to hotel after Christmas party.

I had asked for a quite room, which was confirmed at check-in.
But we were woken up so many times, as room faced the front and as we found out during the night they had a funcion on and people were leaving they were loud and this happened at various times which woke us both up.
Fantastic hotel, ideal for Sandown racecourse. Great room, staff very pleasant and helpful. Good range of food. Breakfast was great. Did not have time to try fitness amenities, but they looked impressive.

The property was amazing, just off the highway, but it felt like you were miles away from everything secluded in the woods!!
Didn’t have breakfast, room very clean, staff friendly. Service at the restaurant wasn’t quite there. My food came in 2 minutes but waited a while for my drink
Breakfast was a fabulous selection, warm and fresh, great pastries too.
The shower was a little weak - that was the only downside, the staff were lovely, good cocktail selection in the bar and the room was clean.
The room was amazing, brilliant views over the gardens and we saw deer, squirrels, a fox and rabbits all with half an hour. (Room 501)
The room was very spacious for our family and very clean. Our boys loved the balcony and yoga ball! I loved the extra room.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially in the restaurant.
The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and good quality.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Super clean and quiet with amazingly polite and helpful staff.
Dog friendly- they provided a padded bed and bowls for our whippet.
Bit of a walk to Cobham but t there are some forestry walks nearby if you have a dog.
Food in restaurant is good.

Good recently decorated room, with comfy bed, pillows not the best, seemed to be full of air. We took our dog with us and the charge was £40 which we found very high, there was nothing supplied for the dog, however we did have yoga equipment in our room !! Food was average and not a lot of choice. You have to pay overnight parking fee. Staff very attentive, friendly and efficient but hotel very average.
