Disappointing

Hotel room was big, very clean and comfortable except the tea tray had a lot of long blonde hairs on it and window wouldn't open. The reception staff and restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. But we had to ask at reception 3 times to come up and remove hairs and tray . They didn't come up until afternoon of 2nd day while we were out. This is totally unacceptable. A large hotel should have staff to deal with problems after housekeeping leave at 4pm. Breakfast was adequate but horrible sausages and not much choice. Despite the lovely room we wouldn't stay again due to lack of service

No heating and the air con had been left on cold prior to our stay.no body wash in shower, no hand soap at all.plug sockets didn’t work.hairs in bath/shower and sink.a few bits of rubbish seen down the side of bed.

Great stay

Good location. Parking on site & nearby. Staff were friendly. Special mention to Amelia & her colleague in the restaurant. Made my son & I feel really welcome. Only thing I’d have liked was a bottle of water or 2 in the room. It was so hot that the tap water was warm. Food in the restaurant was nice & breakfast was good value.

Lovely Stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Offered local knowledge of the area and made us feel at ease with the parking and our dogs staying over. Restaurant also very nice. Great views of the football pitch and even Blackpool tower just above the stadium. Breakfast came highly recommended and didnt disappoint. Great location for a dog friendly stay with a park nearby that includes a secure section to allow the dogs off lead for 10 minutes. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job. Place was spotless and smelt lovely too. We were also able to arrange a timeframe for Housekeeping to arrive to ensure we were out with the dogs when they arrived.

We had a great stay the bedrooms looked great and were clean with a great view of the stadium, the only negative would be the bed wasnt that comfortable but everything else including the food in the restaurant and staff made up for that

Great experience, room was great overlooking the football pitch, breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The only slight annoyance was that we had to pay £15 check in for a room that was already cleaned and ready to be occupied.

Dated throughout ,room door didn’t close without force, bathroom door handle broken, room window latch wouldn’t shut, towel holder hanging off, no shower gel, sofa bed bent in middle, asked for towels in the am and had to phone and go to reception in the evening. Bar food nice with good size portions and staff in bar friendly and helpful.
