The air conditioner was never able to get below 70f. Arrived to a room at 77F. Not acceptable for a $400 a night room. Engineers promised it would work, never did get cold.

Her personality & professionalism makes me feel right at home whenever i visit ! Just like the first time, she went above and beyond to assist me—this time helping me with a smooth and early check-in, in which i was able to get the room ready for my girlfriends birthday!! As a property manager for a luxury hotel in NYC, I know firsthand how rare it is to find staff who consistently deliver this level of authentic, genuine service. Renee embodies the attention to detail, sense of urgency during check in and most importantly the genuine desire to make a guest’s stay better which is exactly what I look for when hiring staff at my property. So we upgraded our room to the corner suite. It was amazing. The room service was quick. We won $2000 at the casino. Overall great experience. I will be back. The young lady at the front desk was patient and informative.
