Elevator out of service. Reserved two queen beds, got a single one.. night manager said he didn’t have a room with two queen beds. Took far too long to check in. Will not use in the future nor recommend.

Stairwells smelled like urine. Elevator out of order. Only one dryer worked. Breakfast advertised (that's part of why I got the room in the first place - I've got a child traveling with me) but they actually won't have breakfast until May. Change machine for the washer and dryer don't work. Big cockroach on the floor in our room, another one crawling on the bathroom sink while brushing my teeth. Mouse trap under the bed tells me this hotel is an absolute dump in a less than stellar side of town. Negative one star.

I discovered roaches after my second day at the hotel. There was high prostitution traffic and several people sleeping and urinating in the stairways

The staff were wonderful and helpful. But they weren't surprised that I left minutes after arriving. This seems to be a place mainly for locals, who I do not think like strangers around. But I cannot say enough that the staff were very professional, courteous, and friendly.

It’s my fault

It’s my fault! I booked it because of the LOW RATE. The only real problem was too many loud children OUTSIDE my room like they was at FREE CONCERT! All night long! The only day I could sleep was SUNDAY!

There were several police cars when I arrived. The lobby had been destroyed and chairs were everywhere. The person that checked me in had a bloody head from being attacked. I was told by a police offer in the lobby (after I checked in) that I should not stay there as it was unsafe. She walked me to my room because she was concerned for my safety. Do not stay here.

A week in advance I asked for 1st floor room. I arrived and they said only 3rd available. I checked 1st floor and roach infested. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable I went back home. Just a waste of time and money. Didn’t think I would get money back because they made an accommodation. Elevator broken, windows boarded. Not what i expected.

Not a Good Experience.

The elevators didn't work. The stairwell needs to be cleaned up. The windows in the stairwell doors need to be repaired so the wood can be removed. The loud clientel and an unexpected visit to my room by the local police at 3:30 am demanding entry (who thought I was someone they were looking for) prompted us to check out immediately.
