They did not come and give me fresh sheets or towels after I even requested for towels ... came back to the room and had to go airdry a towel to use and then put it on the heater to dry it off to use for that night

This place should be condemned. Shame on hotels.com for having such a terrible place on their website. I want a full refund, I wouldn’t even use the towels in this place. I waited until I got back to the airport to wash up. Absolute nightmare.

The room was very nice remodeled with a large size mini refrigerator with freezer section n the refrigerator section much bigger that normal fridge Bed comfortable...overall nice big room for the price.

It was horrible. What we came to was not what we saw online. We canceled our reservation right away. The hotel was filthy, broken mirror, smelled really bad In addition to the smell of cigarettes and weed. It is clearly a shelter, people were hanging out and coming in and out the rooms.
