Unfortunately our room faced the road with a noisy group of rugby players at the hotel across the narrow street. Given there is no air conditioning, we had to sleep with the windows open and really got no sleep. The beds were ok but not great. Pillows were awful. There was plenty of space which was a big upside with a family of 4.

Parking is a 10 minute walk €9.90 for 24hours. NO ON SITE PARKING. Check out is 11am. Great central location. Highly recommend.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación a sólo 5 minutos de la catedral es una zona muy tranquila, está a 50 metros de un gran parking, el personal de la recepción fue muy atento con nosotros.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Nice, no-frills hotel in a great location. Rooms are fairly basic, but they are clean and functional and fine for a typical vacation stay in a place like Cologne. Only problem is that there were some ceiling tiles that need replacing. And don't expect any extra room in the bathroom. The breakfast was good and well worth it. Hosts and managers were helpful and communicative. And the location is ideal for exploring Cologne. 15 minute walk to Cathedral, and easy access to a large pedestrian shopping area. It's on a quiet side street so noise was not a factor. 5-star rating earned.

Convenient walking location.

We stayed in a family apartment, but the layout was unusual. It was one room and felt like a converted office with 4 beds in several corners, a couch a table and 4 chairs and a mattress on the floor. Clean, but no ambiance. Lack of lighting, light fixtures not plugged in, a refrigerator that wasn’t plugged in and that smelled because if was left closed. Only 2 electrical outlets in the room and in one of the bathrooms one faucet that had no cold water and the other was scalding hot. Verty strange. We figured out how to turn the temperature down. Not really a hotel feeling, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a conveniently location to visit the Christmas market.
