First arrived with the room key not working. Master key did not work. The representative did not try to solve the problem. All he want to do was give me my money back and send me and my daughter on our way. We had asked him if he had 2 single rooms. After awhile he was able to locate a 2 bed room that was available. What he wanted to do was refund our money and send us on our way. I asked "where do we go at 1130PM in the night. The property was not clean and the garbage can was full, no place to place garbage. No garbage cans in the room, The property is in the process or being rentevided Our stay was unsatisfactory.

The hotel was horrible. Walls were dirty, rooms were outdated. First time I ever went into a hotel with no refrigerator or microwave.I will never again. I think it was a hooker hotel

Wonderful

The staff are very friendly and attentive. My room was clean and housekeeping came every day. The property felt safe. And for once the room had no weird smell like most hotels.

Clerk at check in was rude, no smile, no kind of customer service. Toilet had no lid, machine in toilet, did not flush, toilet lid found on top of sink, shower was dirty, no toilet paper, smelled awful, drunk people in hallway yelling but staff did not know how to tell them to be quiet because it was 2am and kids/toddlers running in hallway, parents yelling around midnight at their children. Was not a good experience at all. Would never recommend this place

The people are hanging outside the facility, babies are hanging out the window, the pool is completely covered and filled with dirt, this place looks complete unsafe, unsanitary, and unacceptable please refund my money I am scared.

We arrived at 8pm. The hotel canceled our reservation along with several others to sell the rooms to walk ups. The hotel sold out and had no other rooms. Zero apology for canceling our reservation. Whats the point of planning in advance and maming a reservation if the hotel has no repercussions for not honoring it.
