Good for an o'night stay! Clean, well appointed! Friendly staff.

Clean room ,plenty of amenities, and absolutely lovely staff. Sound from other rooms carry over a bit, but overall absolutely no complaints.Highly recommended!

Parking and check in were ok. The room i got, was on the road side of the building. It was lit up all night by an orange light from outside the room. There was also a lot of traffic including trucks passing by overnight. I probably managed to sleep 1 or 2 hours.... :-(

I had to wait for my room to be ready for an hour, fridge was broken it barely got cold, front door loose, I paid for 2 people stay, bed was made bunk bed wasn't, night staff very rude, I was on the phone at 11PM making a call on the main area and the guy at reception ask me to go outside to make the call because people were "sleeping" like I was taking outside people rooms. The worst "hotel" (if you can call it that) I have ever stay in my life, also I paid $220 a night! Stayed 2 night,1 star would be appropriate.

Had no balcony that why i booked it and got a room without one

I have stayed here each time i go to Melbourne. The motel is good great location
