Terrible! The front desk manager (I guess) never smiled and if you asked them to have someone clean the room it never happened! The only time they came to the room was on the day we checked out! I’m pretty sure they don’t have housekeeping everyday as a service! They don’t even ask you if you need more towels or soap! We had to tell the front desk every time. Also, their clothes dryers are $2.00 and they barely dry so you have to run 2 cycles! They probably do that intentionally. I wonder if Wyndham ever checks on this property….Oh, I almost forgot…the sheets and comforters were total polyester so you sweat all night! Cheap! This may be a budget hotel but some of these things should not be happening. I stayed at a red roof Inn for $20 less a night and it was far superior to this place. So no excuses!

The room was DISGUSTING. There was garbage and a pair of dirty underwear under the bed. The mattress looked like someone expired on it. Someone blew their nose on the wall and it was just dried on it.

Shower didn’t work. Room was dirty. Floors were warped and cracked. Furniture was chipped. Drawers wouldn’t shut. No breakfast. Strange people loitered around the building. Stay anywhere else. Nasty place.

This hotel is conveniently located but the smell of weed and the dirty condition of the rooms is unacceptable. The soap was used from the previous people and things were broken and falling apart.

Every piece of furniture was covered in dust, residue of some sort and nothing matched. Also, there was Hair in the refrigerator!
Comforter didn’t fit bed and had blood stains on it. Tv covered in white spots. I don’t want to know!

Filthy hotel including common areas, hallways, outside grounds areas just all of it. My room (pet friendly room) had no carpet (understandable as it’s designed for travelers with pets) and the flooring was filthy! The bedding torn and shabby and the furnishings dirty and very worn. The overall condition of the room was smelly and dirty. Zero amenities in the room such as soap, shampoo (I bring my own anyway) just in case forget something. The hotel is right next to interstate so expect traffic noise. Excessive noise from other guests made sleeping a challenge. The area surroundings made the hotel feel unsafe and not secure. Most rooms open to the outside not an interior hallway. In hindsight I should have abandoned my prepaid reservation and selected a different hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

First upon arrival the hotel staff spoke very little english. Then upon arriving to the room, it was filthy. The countertops and microwave have NOT been cleaned off, still had dried up soda or something. Then the ashtray was dirty, then there was 1/4 of toilet paper for 2 people to use. Then there was no garbage can at all in the room, called front desk for additional toilet paper, kleenex, and another chair since the chair was already broken. Staff said no kleenex (whick i couldnr hardley understand him) and frowned and walked away. Pillows were very well worn, tub looked deployable, and there was a pest control sign on the bathroom door. will never stay here again

Shade in room was broken... we had to rig it so that no one could see in. TV kept losing internet service. No drain cover in tub. Just little things that could easily be fixed.

Worst hotel ever

If i could give negative stars i would. The room stunk. There was rot at the base of the wall by the sink. We saw roaches as soon as we walked in the room, but the worst part was we got eaten up by bed bugs.
