The location is excellent but this is an outdated Hampton. Needs to be renovated, popcorn ceiling, torn carpet, broken tiles, etc. Does not meet the standard of a Hampton you would expect.

The staff was great. Bennie at the front desk was amazing!!! The automatic blinds were broken so we couldn't get ay sunshine and the room was dark (not much in the way of lighting). Other than that, everything was great.

I had requested early check in due to a wedding we were attending and needed to get ready. When I called that morning to see how early we could check in, I was told that it was only a REQUEST and they did not have to honor it. Check in time was 3:00. Arrived at hotel and same person I had spoken to on the phone was at the desk. She repeated it was only a REQUEST. Finally got checked in at 3:05. At the room, 522, the door was open, there were no pillowcases on the pillows and no shower curtain. The lamp bulb was burned out.
