I had a great stay, but then again, I’ve never been disappointed with a Hampton Inn. Check in was fast and easy, the room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The service was friendly and prompt although I did have to wait 15 minutes for a room to be ready. The breakfast was cold potatoes and eggs and bacon was way undercooked. But the area was clean.

Overall, a solid option in a good area for transportation and shopping/dining. Hotel and rooms in good shape and generally clean. Hallways and room carpet getting a bit tired but beds comfortable and bathrooms clean.

Didn't spend a lot of time here, so didn't get to partake in breakfast, nor use the fitness facility. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and it was very quiet at night. My only complaint would be the lighting. If you were planning to do any work from the room, it's quite dark.

While the property, room, exercise room, and breakfast were all great during our three night stay, our vehicle and three other vehicles were broken into by thieves looking for guns according to the police. To be fair, the police also said that there were a rash of break-ins at other close-by hotels that night.

TV issues

The TV remote did not work, and I do believe it was not the correct remote. The front desk changed the batteries, still did not work. They sent maintenance to change remotes while we were not there which they did but they did not test to make sure the TV would work. It kept saying no signal. Very frustrating to come back to the room in the evening and can't watch the news/weather or anything. Other then that the room was clean and as sufficient.

Rooms and hotel were good. Parking lot and area not safe. About a dozen vehicles were broken into by smashing a window, ours included. Seems to happen frequently there, was brushed off like this is normal ! Will never go back.
