Room smelled so strong like a bottle of cologne was dumped right before we got there. My eyes and nose burned for and hour. The shower was barely lukewarm and never got warmer. The bed was nice and the room seemed clean. the craftsmanship left a lot to be desired but it didn't inhibit the function. They were very polite and helpful.

Easy check in. Great staff. Very friendly. Room was slightly outdated but clean. Ac worked . Shower had a low pressure on water but still was able to take a bath. Nice breakfast. Eggs, sausage and what seemed like potatoes ( which were baked potatoes cut up- no flavor) but edible. Cereal, milk, bagel, toast & orange juice. Enough to get you in your way . It was a great place to stop on a long drive to get some sleep and head bk out .

They staff was very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. We have used this hotel multiple times over the years when we stay in Columbus for Sonic Temple.

The first room we were given at the back of the property by the lift was SO DARK, lighting , so asked for a change and done happily. Bed linen was bit small/short for the king size bed. Breakfast fine but very wobbly high table, dont spill your drink!

Door to room was so hard to open I thought my keycard didn't work, So went back to front desk and he just reset the cards. Went back up and realized I had to do a hip check to open the door. Would have been nice if staff had told me to use some force the first time.

A nice stay

Office personnel were very helpful. Hot Breakfast was very good: eggs, sausage and potatoes. Also yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, juice and coffee. The room was clean and updated.

Room 114 was checked twice by staff before check in and during my 2 days stay. 1 the faucet in shower dripped constantly, when the shower was turned on it leaked and sprayed from connection, the body was was never checked by staff it was empty my entire stay, and the sink drain seemed to be draining slowly.

I booked a room with a king bed but because I took my service dog with me I was forced to stay in a pet friendly room with two queens. If I had know that was the policy or had the ability to enter the information that I was bringing a service dog I most likely not booked if the only option was a queen bed.

They lied about fees amount. Booking info was $15 per pet and they charged me $30 for 1 night. Explained by “it gone up but we forgot to change online” Front seat lady were really nice about everything. Room was pretty and spacious but toilet wasn’t cleaned. Pee stains and curly hair everywhere. Sheets were not clean. Also hair on it and some dirt. I requested clean sheets and changed it myself. Wouldn’t stay there again just because they lied about price!
