Yes, the room was not clean properly, carpet was dirty, chair was peeling, no towels were in the room, and phone didn’t work. The front desk stated they were in the process of remodeling. This information needed to be on the website because it was unacceptable.

Staff was pleasant, and the room was clean. The elevator was not clean and there was dirt had been tracked from the lobby to the elevator store I’m only giving this two stars because the bathroom was clean, but not in great shape. There was no toilet paper holder, I suppose it was broken

Staff was amazing. We were treated so well. Rooms and property were very clean. Were they updated? No but very clean and I’m a picky person I prob have ocd. Property use to be a double tree by Hilton so that should tell you a lot. Pool was clean and operable I loved my stay I will be back

coffee wasnt out at 630 like it says on their page it was 730 and no breakfast it is being renovated also didnt mention on their page or when i got there everything else was pretty good room needed few repairs
