I would like to thank the staff at the front desk specially Addison, (I hope this is her name) she has blonde hair. She was very nice as soon as we walked into to the building with a big smile on her face and made us feel very welcome. Specially since we were out of state! Everyone else were great as well! If would be back to Ohio we would be staying at Drury plaza hotel.

Excellent service

I can't say enough about the staff at this location. I have dietary restrictions and Holly went above and beyond to make sure there were items I could eat. After we checked out, my husband realized he left the cord to his electric scooter in the room. The front desks clerks were kind and polite and after making calls to housekeeping, went to the room and found the cord. (It had fallen behind the desk and looked like any other cord for the TV or lamp.) Thank you for being wonderful hosts!
