I loved the cleanliness, the staff had great customer service. What I didn’t like is there was a lot of kids and when the adult went to get In the jacuzzi the kids took over. I feel like after a certain time kids should not be allowed In the jacuzzi or the pool. There was a lot of adults who left the pool because it was after 8pm and it was a lot of diving and had to be over 20 kids after 8pm. For the price of the room so of came to enjoy the pool but couldn’t. But all In my stay was wonderful.

The one elevator was broken and the wait for an elevator was long at times and there was a line to get on. Very frustrating trying to go somewhere cause you had to add extra time for the elevator wait. Other than that, the hotel is great...staff is very friendly and attentive...rooms are clean

Front desk TOP notch.. rooms were clean, beds were comfy. NOT worth the price clean though. The pool was nassty, 2 couples pretty much doing their thing in the hot tub more than one time, parents sitting on the outside of hot tub letting kids way under 10 jump around, dive, and splash in hot tub. Teenagers running halls way past 1am. having only one elevator running and a special needs child made this stay horrible. I will have to do better research our next trip to Cbus!!

Hotel was in a great location. Lots of places & shopping near by. Hotel staff was friendly & check in process was easy, even after hours. Rooms was clean. Only complaints was the mini refrigerator had an odor from previous food being placed inside & the smaller queen size beds were very bouncing so you could feel if someone was moving around. Not use to that & hard to sleep.

EXCELLENT. Fast, friendly, and welcoming at check-in. Enjoyed a clean and well-replenished Taco Tuesday at the 5:30 Kickback tonight. The hotel is near a major highway, but you can hardly hear the outdoor noise. The room is clean, quiet, super comfortable. So far, we are fans of this hotel! 5 stars A++++++ highly recommend! Our first stay at a Drury Inn, but we are so impressed that we are already planning our next stay here and at other Drury Inns based on our experience tonight. Thank you so much!!!
