All of the front desk staff that I interacted with were very nice and friendly, they would say “hi”, “good morning”, and tell me to have a good day every time I walked past the front desk (which was quite a few times, since I stayed here for a week). Also, the rooms are clean and they have more of a modern look to them.

When I turned the sheets down there were bugs and hair between the fitted and top sheet. I then realized there was no carpet (a sign of previous bed bugs) and the room had horrible odor coming from the ac unit. For the price of this hotel I was appalled at how dirty it was. I left and did not stay. Very disappointed.

dirty rooms

The floors were filthy. They had not been swept or mopped for a while. A large number of ants are around the exterior wall and the air conditioner. The bed sheets had hair on them from previous guests.

The communicating door was missing between my room and the next room. You could hear everything going on in the next room which included the voice from a woman speaking and having sex three to four times with someone or someones from 11:30PM till 5:00AM. Not able to sleep and concerned about safety if I complained to front desk as all the people next door had to do is open their door and walk into my room. Manager of hotel has refused to return my calls or email.

Walls of paper?

Not so good. This hotel has the thinnest walls of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. They put us in a room right next to the front foyer/commons area, and we could hear people all night long as if they were in the room with us. Every neighboring room, we could hear people talking, toilets flushing, and more. They also advertised a pool on Hotels.com, and on their website at the time of booking, but when we arrived, the pool had been replaced with a pickleball court. The air conditioning was set at 60 all night, and we all kept waking up sweaty and uncomfortable. Pro’s were location for our trip worked well, and the bad wasn’t half bad. That’s it. This hotel will never see my business again.

no pool no bar no dining room all closed torn up parking lot to repave had to park at restaurant next door told the workers no because wife is handicap had room by elevator heard it till 1am no sleep till after 1am did get 2 free breakfasts and room was nice
