Only gave it 4 stars because they did not have the room we booked. They said expedia books rooms that arent available when we checked in. They gave us a king and pull out couch when we had booked 2 queens and a pull out couch. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and wonderful breakfast.

Staff were good. However, the room phone was out of order and dusty. Gym was small. Food was okay. One crazy experience was when we checked out, the window of the car parked beside our car was smashed. Our car was spared. Safe parking is an issue here too

The pool was nothing but chlorine. So much so that my bathing suit was literally bleached. I smelled bleach for a week. The room was nice. Breakfast not so much. The room and amenities are not worth the price.

We reserved a room but they gave us a completely different room than the one we reserved initially. We reserved a room with a dining table, 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, and kitchnette and ended up receiving a room lacking the extra sofa bed, the kitchenette, and the dining table. It was also half the size of what we booked. For that, I took away a few stars but it was a nice stay overall.
