We had an amazing stay at Pelican Beach Hotel. Donna and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was outstanding — easily one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing place with great service and a warm, personal touch, this is it. We can’t wait to come back.

The staff at Pelican Beach Hotel were kind and very accommodating. The hotel rooms were clean, and the property sits directly on a beautiful beach with clear blue water. The hotel is located on North Caicos, not in the more commercialized area of Providenciales. Getting there requires a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport to the ferry, a 20-minute ferry ride, and then about a 10-minute drive to the hotel. In my opinion, this part of the island is absolutely worth the extra travel if you’re looking for a private beach, a quieter atmosphere with a few local restaurants, and stunning natural views. The cons I would mention is there are not many restaurants to choose from, everything closes pretty early and the water pressure in the hotel was low. I would however visit again!

The room was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from bath and beach towels to soaps and shampoo, as well as coffee pods. Its location was ideal—just steps from a stunning, white sand beach lined with turquoise water. Each day, we started with morning walks along the shore. We swam in the ocean and relaxed under the sun on several days of our stay. The Barracuda restaurant, located right on the property, became our go-to spot. We enjoyed several delicious meals there; the seafood pasta and cracked conch were a favorite, and we spent many evenings sipping their signature rum punch while enjoying the views Although the area is a bit remote, we found plenty to do. We made a special trip to Miss B's for an authentic local lunch, and on another day, we ventured to the Mudjin Cafe on Middle Caicos, where the views were breathtaking, and the cave was an added adventure. This getaway was truly memorable—well worth the trip. I would happily return, as we had an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican. Our room was very nice and clean. Direct walk to a beautiful beach. Coffee from the coffee shop was excellent each morning. Along with the restaurant located on the beach at the hotel. Great food and beach vibes. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on North Caicos!

I had an amazing journey on this trip. I actually cried when I got on the airplane to go back home. I have been treated with nothing but love and kindness my entire experience from the front desk and the owner to the staff the my two favorite people Ms.Willis and Mr. Kenneth were amazing. The food was excellent customer service, top-tier and the serenity on this beautiful paradise Island and I Love it!!! Many people were intrigued from my photos I shared on social media and they wanted to know where exactly I was. I will only tell a few vetted people who I believe. I deserve it for this Paradise and quality care. I can go on for days about how beautiful this experience was and also I would like to thank Michael for connecting to everything I needed to make the cherry on top of my vacation. this place gets 100 stars. Donna and her staff are the most attentive and helpful people I know. One night my husband asked about the coconuts hanging from the trees and the next morning a staff member showed up at ou door with two of them. If you get the chance to reserve the Sea Fan room do it. It is actually an apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean and cost less per night then any other hotel rooms.

The property is beautifully maintained with a quiet, clean beach and friendly staff, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, if you're looking for a location with easy access to food and entertainment options, this may not be the best fit. The hotel advertised breakfast as included, which is just a small bowl of fruit, a piece of pastry, and a glass of juice. There is only one on-site restaurant, and it operates from 12 PM to 8 PM, limiting dining flexibility. Taxi services arranged through the property are very expensive ($25 one way), even for short trips to restaurants. While I enjoyed the tranquil beach, the lack of food options and high transportation costs were very disappointing.

The hotel has the best beach on North Caicos! The room is located right by the ocean only a few steps away with an amazing view of the beautiful turquoise water 24/7! We felt like we are on our own private island... There is a bar/restaurant only a few steps away, which is the best restaurant in the area. The staff are all super accommodating and friendly, especially Grace who went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The hotel is owned by a very nice local family who were also extremely friendly. The hotel served breakfast every morning delivered to the room with an abundance of fresh fruit. I already miss that beautiful place. Will certainly be back!
