A true flea bag with employees who are clearly miserable to be working there. The front desk staff (when there-- which is infrequent) do not smile and are very unhelpful. All of our windows (I was in Room 721-- 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and one living room) were so smeared with dirt that you could not see out of any of them. The gym is closed. There is no access to small amenities like getting an expresso or coffee drink. You must walk a few blocks through very heavy traffic to get to a shop.
Unfortunately, I realized that I left a bag on the bed after I checked out and was on the road back to LA . I spent 6 hours on the phone trying to reach someone at the hotel to let them know I needed to have the bag picked up but no one answered. Ever. Finally, that same night I had my uncle go over to ask them if he could pick it up. No one had it and no one turned it in. Not even the cleaning staff who had clearly seen it and taken it... Avoid this dated and depressing hotel at all costs.
