La'Toya

I recently stayed at the Westin Hotel, and while there were some positives to my experience, I was quite disappointed with the room placement. I was assigned a room directly next to the elevator, and it severely impacted the quality of my stay. The constant noise from the elevator, including the dinging and the sound of people coming and going, made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room itself was fine – spacious, clean, and well-appointed, as you would expect from a Westin property. However, the noise was unbearable at times, and it felt like a huge oversight to be placed in such a location. I would recommend anyone booking a room here to request one far away from the elevator if possible. Overall, the stay could have been much more enjoyable if I hadn’t had to deal with the constant interruptions throughout my stay. I’ll consider returning, but only if I can ensure a room in a quieter location, offer free breakfast, and parking Feel free to adjust the tone or details depending on your actual experience.
