No one (staff) pointed us in the right direction. I come to this area multiple times a year. Worst experience to date. Front desk very hard to find. No direction given as to how to get around the hotel. Room had a low water pressure and bad smell. We were given a new room after some protests which was in the middle of the night! Front desk got upset because she had to change room due to the fact we ordered room service. It was a mistake to stay here over the hotel centric. Will not come back.

We have a splendid stay for my son’s birthday celebration. The Oasis Water park is a top notch. We love the heated pool, slides & lazy river. They also have various dining options, including in-room dining and on site restaurants. Food is delicious, not disappointing at all. I particularly enjoy their 24 hours gym. Equipments are adequate enough for fun workout experience. Staffs are friendly as well. Our room is clean and quiet. Our room even have the patio and a view to the lake view. I highly recommended this place for my friends and family. We will definitely book again for our next celebration.

Beautiful property in a cool wooded area. Enjoyed pulling up to the front with a fragrant fire pit. Really made me feel like we were at an upscale woodsy lodge. All the grounds were very well manicured. Pool was clean and heated. Staff was very accommodating like the old Ritz customer service. Would recommend to any family member or friend.

The Valet

Saul from the valet team made my stay truly exceptional. He greeted me warmly, helped with parking, escorted me to my room, and assisted with my luggage. Later, when I was ready to explore the resort, he even ensured I got on the property shuttle bus. Simply put, if there was any highlight during my visit, it was Saul’s outstanding service.

The staff was amazing working with me. Expedia said the have the connected room option, but didn’t have a way to do it online. Expedia told me to contact the resort and the resort sent me back to Expedia. Getting this was the worst part. Their staff made it happen though. Unfortunately the room was basic and I saw a few roaches. Also I had to have them come change the sheets after one night because I got pink eye. It was cold so we didn’t get to use the pool.
