No email response on early check in request - door locked and only able to get in within 2-5pm. Room was located 3 metres from reception so was v noisy with guests arriving/leaving. No physical keys provided - access by electronic keypad - due to a power outage I was unable to access the hotel - this is ridiculous. I had to bang on windows until another guest opened the door for me during a storm event. No communication from the hotel during or after. This is not acceptable.

Would not recommend this accommodation. In need of upgrade, everything is old & worn. Shower head needs replacing, mattresses & pillows were soft. Paid a lot since it is high season but definitely not good value for the money

This place is absolutely disgusting. They have no idea what bleach or cleaning is. I there were little bugs and cockroaches everywhere. The room stunk like it had not been aired for years, old human body odour type smell The floor was dirty with sticky carpet. The fridge still had smeared all in it. They advertised spa baths, this didn’t even have all of the caps on all the jet outlets - unusable. The showerhead was rusted! cigarette smoke from people smoking near the pool wafting through the door all night There’s no way any normal person could sleep in the smell that was in this room. The curtains had fungus spots on them. It was a vinegar odour that was coming out of the air-conditioner. I couldn’t even use that to air the room out There are no privacy locks on the internal doors so you definitely do not feel safe There was an access door that opened to an adjoining room which I didn’t pay for was actually left unlocked and could be opened The sliding door to the balcony didn’t even close or lock properly Fawlty Towers gone wrong is what best describes this place

Loved how close it was to the Main Street and beach, enjoyed the hammocks by the beach, put in by member of community. Reasonable price, place is a little outdated, but clean, self contained and in a quiet area. Spare single bed springs could be felt when sleeping, but overall an enjoyable experience.

The accommodation has no facial tissue there, very very surprised. The wooden fittings between the carpets and kitchen floor is loose and dropped off all time, which should be fixed as its nails are rather dangerous!

Copa 1 night stay

Check in was easy, shower heads needed fixing. Everything we needed was in the room and nearby shops and beach was a walking distance. Had issues with random boys jumping into the pool from the roof and nothing was done about it. Apart from that stay was OK
