Wasn't made clear the hotel was a no frills student hotel. Disappointed with quality. Have to walk through crowds of smokers to get in. Have to book breakfast and cleaning in advance. Take a number ticket to buy refreshments and wait to be called Cheapest possible drinks in room. Powder instead of milk. Air conditioning which did absolutely nothing. And the staff weren't exactly welcoming.

No staff & stupid systems made a frustrating stay

Very basic stay, as expected for the price, but some of the processes were ridiculous. Having to take a ticket to talk to a human at the front desk, or to order at the cafe led to constant issues of others not understanding the system and pushing in or getting angry. We were evacuated at midnight on the first night due to someone smoking in the hotel and there were no staff to direct or support people, leaving people upset and angry. You have to pay to leave luggage, and basically everything in the hotel is self-service. The room was basic but fine, although very noisy as you can hear every room and bathroom door opening and closing along the hall. Tea and coffee facilities in the room felt like a luxury given the level of everything else. Can’t comment on breakfast or the other facilities in the hotel.

If you are looking for a bed and shower cubicle, and will only use the room for sleeping. This is good value for money. They did have a kettle, which was good. But no fridge.

I've stayed at Cabinn before, and it was just as I expected. Clean room, great breakfast, handily located for everything, and just a great hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone who's going to be out and about in Copenhagen and wants a good night's sleep when they get back.

This hotel offers NO early check-in. Which by itself does sound so bad, however when you've been travelling from anywhere west, your flights most often get in early in the morning, which leaves you stranded until 3 p.m. then at three when everyone has been sitting in the lounge for hours, tired, waiting for their rooms, while the front desk staff is literally doing nothing, there is a giant swarm to check in all at once, which took me over an hour to get into my room with an added system outtage. All of this is meant to point out how inefficient the whole process is and which creates unnecessary waiting and bottleneck at check in. I saw this every day there as i stayed for over a week. Why not get guests checked in as rhey arrive to make them more comfortable if rooms are available? Isn't your business hospitality? On top of this the girl that i initially spoke to, was completely rude and not helpful. Need less to say, while the accommodations are descent for the price you pay, the service and unnecessary polocies erode all value you receive. Will not stay here again. Would rather pay more and not deal with this.
