The breakfast can be improved, in general. There was no labelling for allergens, which made it difficult for me to eat. It was nice they you had gluten free buns, but I recommend that the chefs tast then. The taste is nice, but they are extremely dry if they are not toasted or heated. Also there was no butter, mayonnaise or other things that could make them more edible. All of those were on the mail table and used by people who use their the knife or spoon to put the spread on their bread, and therefore makes it impossible for me to eat. I would also have liked some sweet treat, like a biscuit or cookie or anything! It was great that you had eggs and bacon in a sealed container, but i am not absolute sure that the eggs were gluten free?
