The location is very central for exploring the city and transit. The bathroom could be cleaner. We were on the non-railroad side and the sound of trains wasn’t too bad, but you can feel the vibrations from the train. Book rental bikes early in the day or there may not be any left. The battery on the door died leaving our door unlocked all day. There are no safes in the room so this was the most concerning part in our opinion.

We love the convenient location of the hotel. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the metro platform from the hotel, and we also enjoyed access to convenient stores and supermarkets just right across the road. We were warmly greeted by friendly staff members when we checked in, and the housekeeping staff were also helpful and friendly. However, there are some areas for improvement with the amenities inside the room. The room was dimly lit as there weren't sufficient lighting. We had to rely on the table lamps on the desk for the entire room. Another major issue is the poor quality of the shower head in our room. Many of the pores of the shower head were stuck, and water could only come through the outer ring... the water pressure was also too low to take a shower efficiently and comfortably... it took us ages to rinse off the shampoo and conditioner from our hair. We also found the lack of a mini fridge inside the room a bit disappointing, as we couldn't store fresh food we bought from the supermarket or keep our drinks cold. Another recommendation is to have more options for pillows. We personally found the mattresses and pillows too soft and didn't provide enough support for a healthy sleep posture. We know this is a personal preference, so it's just a minor comment for future tourists' reference.

在這間酒店住非常之好！簡單、清潔、唯一不滿意的就是沒有雪櫃，我們在這裏住了五天，對面有一個很大的超市，早上有很多麵包賣的，行路大約15分鐘就可以到小美人魚海邊，沿着海邊行有很多風景，附近有很多公園適合早上跑步非常之好👍行過去新港和很多景點也是20分鐘之內，不想走路的也可以在對面的車站搭車，非常方便，員工也很友善和幫忙，酒店又有單車租借，可以搭單車周圍去👍👍

Overall experience was good. Easy in and out and go around. Staff was helpful and have us lend a fan. Only Caveat is that if you are from North America and use to AC system, then this place is bit hot. Although small fan provided was helpful. Beside that Still can recommended this hotel.

Convenient but loud

The hotel is in a convenient location, but I didn't realize it was located directly next to the local train station. The lobby is on the ground floor and then the rooms are on the two floors below ground level. As a result, our room was directly next to the train tracks. Temperatures were in the 80s while we were there, and we had to keep the windows open as there is no AC. The hotel provides ear plugs on the night stands, but they are no match for loud trains coming by every 15 minutes 10 feet from your open window. We wouldn't stay in this hotel again!
