An excellent stay. Really helpful staff. Catered for a wide range of clientele. The swimming pool is L shaped and not huge. It tends to get quite busy but great fun nonetheless. The changing facilities are open plan and some may find this a little off putting. It's in walking distance of the Copenhagen Mall and the most accessible Metro station of Havneholmen (much easier walk than Kobenhavn H). It's also a 10-15 minute walk from the Tivoli gardens. Food at the brasserie was superb.

Great hotel, especially for families

Wonderful hotel, especially with children! Pool was so relaxing and in great condition. The game room had a huge bouncy house and lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. In walking distance to Tivoli, central train station and a mall with lots of food options.

We stayed at the Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen and found it to be a generally safe and quiet place to stay, which we appreciated. However, the rooms were very small. Barely enough space to open a suitcase, and there was minimal storage, which made things feel cramped. The staff was okay, not overly friendly but not rude either. It did the job for a short stay, but I’d probably look for something more spacious next time.

Lovely hotel

Fantastic hotel, the pool was a bit busy with kids playing but nothing outrageous, the sauna was nice. Lovely sticks and sushi restaurant on the top floor. Room was great, only small complaint was that there was a sign about re-using the towels which I wanted to do to be a bit more environmentally friendly, but they took the towels away anyway. No big deal though

Perfect hotel for those with children! They had a summer event while we were there so there was bouncy castle, table tennis, colouring in, little trikes and many more activities in the main hall! Also they had daily treasure hunt (with prizes) which my daughter did every day while we were there! The room was big, clean and had good views! The facilities were excellent such as the pool, gym, playroom for kids and onsite restaurants! The buffet breakfast was great! Lots of choices and a section at kids height, and there was a special VIP who came throughout the breakfast hours, who the kids loved! The hotel is a bit far from town center (15-20mins walk), but there were plenty of options if you didn’t want to walk. We would definitely come back to stay, if we ever come back to Copenhagen!

Hotel needs to careful about cleanliness.

Our stay this time was far from amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and inspite of reminders our room was not serviced and cleaned even once. They just replaced our towels once late evening as we had put them on the floor expecting room cleaning. Even next day no services. Our room was at the end of the corridor far from the elevator though we had booked reasonably in advance. Felt pretty let down.

This was my second visit. Upon checking in the person was unaware of the 20% off breakfast. No upgrade was offered even when asked. My original room had a sock in the toilet and the toilet was dirty in both rooms. The staff did nothing but switch to an identical room.
