Our large room was lovely but odd in no wardrobe, couple flat hooks on wall, insufficient for our needs of more than 2 items and costs. Our friends had a small wardrobe no sofa.
Dinner was truly excellent, all dishes.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. We had a “cosy” room but it was big and lovely bathroom. My only complaint would be lack of power points. To use the kettle or coffee maker you had to go under the dressing table to swap the plugs and same to use the hairdryer. It was clean and very comfortable and a bonus we didn’t know about was you can walk straight into Burghley house grounds from the hotel. The breakfast was included and excellent. We chose the full English but plenty of options. We didn’t eat there for dinner but the restaurant did seem busy. Would definitely stay there again
Great stay from the moment we arrived. Staff so friendly and helpful and the room was lovely, felt very special.

Haven't stayed here for a while, OK room but view not great and in need of updates. Socks found in room and a hole in towel. Coffee machine, with only a few pods, no instant alternative, tea bags. fresh milk and nice cookies a nice touch. Interesting breakfast menu.
Great location at end of town. 10 min walk into centre. Good food and plenty restaurants near by. Large car parking free of charge. Nice rooms (bit small and small double bed) breakfast at millys average.
Great building , lovely room and bathroom, great for parking, having a drink in the lounge was very relaxing and the food was excellent. Will stay again when working in the area.
The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel was immaculately presente clean and comfortable. The room was well furnished and also comfortable if not a little small as we were there for only one night it wasn’t an issue.
