Primero problemas con la aplicación que al parecer ya me habia cobrado la reservación y al final no estaba pagada, despues que la habitación no tenia clima tuve que pagar mas para que me dieran una con clima y en la habitación habia cucarachas, muy mala

Hacía mucho calor y no podíamos dormir, teníamos que tener las ventanas abiertas, porque con el ventilador no era suficiente, y se les acaba rápido el agua caliente, honestamente el costo no era para el hotel. Falta cuidar más detalles.

No era lo que esperaba

Había cabellos en la cama y las almohadas, el baño no estaba del todo limpio y no tenían agua caliente. Nos cambiaron de habitación y fue lo mismo. Muy decepcionante porque la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la zona tranquila.

encontré una cucaracha de las grandes muerta en el baño, los colchones son viejos y duros además tiene cubre colchón de plástico, fue una estancia de un día por necesidad ya que la pista en Orizaba estaba cerrada
