Great Hotel

The room and location was perfect and the staff was amazing but my only slight criticism is that I purchased via Klarna and it didnt go through and I ended up paying on the day but it didnt ruin my day in Manchester

The hotel was ok for the money, somewhere between a travel lodge and premier inn. I really didn’t like the area outside at night, lots of unsavoury types which didn’t feel all that safe to walk around.

Excellent location for the city centre. Compact room but enough room for what was needed. Was some dust on the floor and my bag was dusty when i picked it off the floor but otherwise very clean. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed

This was a special evening/ anniversary for my fiance and i. I had called in and made a note to see what your hotel could do but no response. Even when we checked in my fiancé’s name was on tye booking either (in a which i called in 9n this also to add his name) so when he checked in they couldn't find him. The room was very small and not as nice as the first time we were there. I was not impressed what so ever. Not sure if i will be back in the future.

European lady on reception was extremely unhelpful, called for assistance as all the roads were closed to gain access (travelled from London) advised she cannot help and can provide the postcode, something I already had then proceeded to ask if I would like to pay £25 parking for the night knowing I cannot reach the hotel.

The staff were amazing and feel like the breakfast could be better, the price there should be cooked options. Lots of people staying at the hotel went out for breakfast, which now makes more sense. But we would stay again at the hotel, this is due to the staff

Compact room

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean. Got a quiet room as I requested. Think the size of the room was good for one person. Only qualm for me was the water pressure - it was quite weak. But that’s just my personal preference. Otherwise, great location and comfortable stay.
