It was a fabulous room overlooking the Castle ruins.
The staff were wonderful , the food was excellent and I enjoyed my afternoon tea very much. Would have been happy to stay much longer.
Camelot Castle Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very small, but the common areas are comfortable and beautiful. We really enjoyed the dinner in the lovely dining room with live music - a perfect way to end the day.

Had a free upgrade. The building is immaculate and the setting against the Atlantic backdrop is fantastic. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Well equipped apartment (no.2), staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was lovely, breakfast was awful (orange juice gone off and quality of ingredients used was not great). Plenty of parking
The breakfast was fresh and good. Lovely fresh fruit salad. Lunch in the bar is very good. Lots of free and easy parking directly outside the hotel. The decor inside is so rich, where do you look first, beautiful and tasteful. Our room had a four poster bed which we were not expecting, real treat, the room had a panoramic view of the coast line. We just had a wonderful time.
We booked a sea view en suite which did not get off to the best of start when my foot went through the floor board with a nail sticking out. the bin was not empty there was no toilet paper and there version of a en suite can only be described as a portaloo stuck in a corner of the room.we was moved to a better room but still had portaloo. The staff were deprived of any personality and there was a strange atmosphere. Surrounding area was fantastic with great pubs and shops unfortunately we will not be returning
The property is gorgeous, a dream come true to stay there. The rooms were clean, the shared spaces were beautiful. The landscape and grounds were stunning.
The apartment was separate from the main hotel and was lovely. It had been beautifully and tastefully decorated and was spotlessly clean. There were fantastic views of the coastline and Tintagel Castle. My only bugbear was that we arrived quite late on the Sunday (my birthday!) and ordered two roast beef dinners. Unfortunately, these meals were not cheap and were very disappointing as they were not freshly cooked and were akin to a microwave roast beef dinner.
Did think food was a little expensive and got more value food and drink wise in the town . Everything else was amazing and will be back views are spectacular
Although the communal areas were nice and opulent this was not so for our bedrooms, desperately in need of decorating, draughty and damp around the windows, paint peeling off the ceiling, badly stained carpets, bathroom pods that were small and difficult to move around in. Staff are excellent. Food very good but pricey. Very exposed location but to be expected on the cliff top especially during the recent storm.
If I could have my way I would this jewel of a holiday treat to myself
My only criticism is that are no fire instructions or ‘what to do’ ideas in the room.
Loved the location and the property has a great view of Tintagel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was great. The room was wonderful and it was fantastic falling asleep in the four poster bed listening to the sounds of the sea. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!💖💖
This property had the most amazing view I've ever seen. The room was a little dated, but it made sense considering the type of place. We did afternoon tea.And it was absolutely amazing. The service in the tea room was exceptional. Our room was very spacious and had views to die for. We look forward to coming back
