We had a lovely room, with lots of character. Staff were friendly and helpful at checkin and checkout. The hotel overall has a good ambience, with nice grounds and Truro is centrally located in Cornwall. The breakfast was excellent too.

My wife and I had an fantastic stay, upon arrival we received an upgraded room. Which really made my wife's birthday extra special. The hotel and grounds were amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room (12) was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was modern, with large shower and good quality towels. The room was well-stocked with local Cornish teas and coffees, and with extra touches.
