Jesse gave us an upgrade with ocean view! We have stayed here many times! It’s a great getaway with good breakfast, right across from beach. Private pool and hot tub although the whole hotel could use it? Great trip! Thanks Jesse!

Slapping new tile doesn’t make a renovation

The welcome by the front desk was warm and professional. The room however had newer tile that was popping off the floor and it was put over old flooring. The mirror in bath the silver backing was peeling off the shades didnt work the table was old as was the sleeper sofa. But it was certainly ok for 1 night. And it was across the street from the beach.

Poor service to guest. 1st night -- no tv service and did not front load us during check in although they knew it was and had been out with no eta of return. Although I am a guest in the hotel, it cost $10 per day just to park in the parking lot. Day #2: breakfast items ran dry despite knowing it is Spring Break, pool temp was ice cold, and no towels available for pool use.

Probably the friendliest and most knowledgeable employee I’ve ever met in the service industry. Jesse’s professionalism and hospitality would make him a perfect fit for the Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, or any high-end hotel. During check-in, we asked about local food options, and Jesse provided us with multiple recommendations. Thanks to him, we enjoyed some incredible meals that only locals know about!

Hotel was in a nice location and the staff was really great for our check in. Loved the list of food places they give you . There were a couple of things though… they add a $50 deposit when you get there which is not bad at all , just unexpected. Also , we were in room 410 and the floor had several spots were there were dips in it. We felt like we might fall through (sure that wouldn’t happen but still). Rooms don’t look as in good of shape as they do in pics

Terrible management

Terrible experience here. I travel with a service dog and this property doesn’t even try to hide the disregard for the law. Was asked multiple times what my service dog was for and forced to fill out a fo asking what my disability was and why i needed a service for. Room it’s self was average for the area and on the crappy side for holiday inn but the rent parking out and freely admit you may not have a spot unless you pay for it . Railing weren’t mounted properly on the balcony and were plastic. Tiles in the bathroom were so uneven you trip or bust up your feet, rust and stains everywhere, carpets coming up, noisy due to the bar right out front, and the LED parking lights are so bad you can’t enjoy the ocean view room you pay for.

Bed unreasonably tall

The bed was so unreasonably high that I needed a boost to get in. Each time I got up I had to wake my husband to give me a boost. Sofa was unreasonably low as well. Overall very uncomfortable room.
