The hotel is a classy well-run facility with great staff and services. The hotel was conveniently located and was easy to get to from the airport. The rooftop pool in particular was a highlight whilst all the restaurants were fantastic.

Superb hotel, one of the best rooftop pools I have seen. Room was excellent, spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was superb. Best of all is the hotel staff, always someone around to help if you need it, friendly and always smiling. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was great with varieties of dishes , especially La Vela is excellent when they offer early- checking -out customers five different menus for taking our breakfast, while some other hotels- specifically Lotte Saigon- did not have this, even when customer requested. Will definitely come back to La Vela.

Touristy but comfortable, great breakfast buffet with amazing city views. I had some small issues with the ac in my room but Sam at the concierge desk was extremely helpful in resolving my issues. And in general all of the staff at La Vela Saigon were incredibly welcoming, courteous and hard working. The only real issue I’d point to at this hotel is that it is located at a major traffic intersection — it didn’t affect noise in the hotel but limits walkability in the neighborhood.
