Hurricane won

Very nice and clean. Property was very pretty. Did not like climbing the stairs, very difficult. We had to leave early because of the approching hurricane and the rain would cause flooding.First few days were nice and relaxing.

Property is rundown, living room couch and loveseat very uncomfortable, skimpy on amenities like toilet paper trash bags laundry soap etc. residents dogs disruptive barking. We had rented another unit at this property four years ago and it was far superior to this unit. Next time we visit padre island we won’t be staying at this venue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Some of the furniture is a little dated. Some areas could use remodeling (bathtub has some stains... etc.. ). But located in a great location. Pool was nice. Ease of access was accommodating. We would recommend!

By the Beach - Really Nice Place

This property provided all that we needed for our weekend get away to the beach. The condo is across the street from the beach parking lot. A quick 100 yard walk to the beach! The condo itself is in an older building, but it is well maintained and a comfortable. The pool in the courtyard is very inviting. Management/Owner are very responsive to issues (I asked that the front windows get cleaned so we could enjoy the morning sun. They sent their cleaning staff right over and took care of it. We'll be back (planning our next family reunion in a couple of years).
