The door was unable to lock they did not let us get another roll of toilet paper because we were supposed to check out that day . They never once came to check if we needed services to clean our room. The shower head was not on it was set to the side the shower curtain wax hanging off a paper clip the amount for the room is not worth what u get

Hotel Mc Coy was a gem of a find, if we are ever in Tucson we will definitely stay again.

When I checked in I was greeted by Elijah who was very welcoming. As a matter of fact, all of the staff I interacted with were each very accommodating which contributed to a smooth and easy stay. I was checked in promptly - the room was clean, the a/c blasted and the suite itself had enough space to move and relax freely. Also, the gym is very well equipped and even more so than other hotels in the same tier.

The bed was very hard. I thought about grabbing a blanket and sleeping on the tile floor, but the tile was cold. I won’t stay here again.

I stayed at this property before so I knew that it would be a good choice. Always clean and the staff is kind and helpful! I just needed a quick overnight after a long flight that got in super late, so those comfy beds were a welcome sight! A couple of notes: this time there were no coffee packets with the coffee machine and I also kept smelling urine very strongly. Not sure if there was a problem with the Sewage? Not a huge deal but something to take a look at anyway.
