I’ve stayed in many all inclusives in Cancun but this was by far the best. The service is outstanding and the grounds are perfect. The beach is super clean. Because of the way it’s set up you always feel like you’re alone! Shout out to Angel on the beach who gave us the best service and to Frank at the spa. The hydro therapy circuit is the best I’ve ever experienced, it’s a one on one session and it’s incredible. It was outstanding. The good is great, the Mexican restaurant is a little gem. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend!

Excellent property. Traveled with my husband for our anniversary. We opted for the Elegance Club and received an upgraded room with a plunge pool. Our butler Rafa was very attentive to all of our needs. The restaurant choices were excellent, our favorite was the Kabuki restaurant. This is a family resort but the elegance side is 18+ and they do not allowed children on the club site. The staff pays attention to bracelets and will ask you to leave the club side if you have the wrong bracelet. There are plenty of bars throughout the property and mini bars located inside of the two elegance club lounges. They stock Coors Light for those interested in an American option.

Went with a group of girlfriends. Loved the beach- its waiter service while hanging there. Loved the cleanliness of the beach. We were always able to get chairs. We enjoyed the different dinner options and were able to eat somewhere different every night. I feel like property could play more beach time pool party music a bit louder and maybe allow it past 5. We felt the desire that we were supposed to leave pool at that time.
