First time out of many trips to Mexico when we didn't want to leave hotel premises. There's so much walkable territory with gorgeous sites, river, island, multiple dining options including Michelin star restaurant. The kids loved the vacation and swim up suite connected with kids pool and slide. Tequila was great, grasshoppers still stuck between teeth, and the photos showcase natural beauty beyond description. Convenient closeness to all x-parks and shuttle between them was an awesome add on. We will be back.

This was a great place to stay. Easily one of our best vacations ever. Everything was great, weather, location, beautiful landscapes in the middle of nature, all the fun activities at the parks. Food too was excellent, we loved eating at Bio, their all vegan restaurant. Hospitality was top notch. Xenses, Xplor and Xelha are must do parks. Hope to visit again in the future when Xavage their other park opens up.

Grounds were fairly nice, hotel room was decent (we upgraded at cost on site for ocean view) Food was average/risky Our checking in process was delayed by one hour just so they can try to sell us time share even though we indicated they we have a short stay a number of times Staff (concierge) handling of food poisoning/TD was inconsiderate, unhelpful and unemphatetic Restaurant and grounds staff were great Cancellation of dinner 24 hours ahead was with threats of extra charge by concierge Administration was ‘delighted’ about hotel issues and challenges and food poisoning/TD Follow up email presented in an aura of poor customer experience and use of bad math/stats to refute factual issues Parks were OK but not all of us could go because of food poisoning /TD Overall - average to below average experience and negative value for money, would not come back until issues resolved, quality improved to meet price point

This was our third stay at the resort. Times before were awesome experiences. This trip things have changed. Check-in was extremely too slow. We booked through Expedia for a king bed room, during check-in the clerk informed us our room number and two twin beds. We brought it to his attention only to be told that was a request that you cannot specify a specific room, even though we purchased a king bed room. He stalled for an extended amount of time "looking for a king room" only to find one in E Building near the kids pool or another some place else for more money. We did end up in a king room eventually. After check-in we had to talk with the Concierge to "plan" our stay and eventually having to listen to the sales pitch for membership. We explained to the young lady that we had been there before and knew what we wanted to do and we was not interested in membership. Her attitude with us changed after we went into the bar area and refused her offers for drinks. I know how that little scheme works. When we finally made it to our room, we turned on the do not disturb light so that our stuff didn't get messed with or stolen. Next day we left and returned to a made bed and all of our stuff moved and rearranged. We asked for clean towels that never came, so we had to go find towels own our own. We suffered through two wedding parties, late into the night. Very disrespectful to all the other guest just to cater to a few guest paying ridiculous amounts of money.

Terrible service, we arrived around noon at the front desk, at 4 pm rooms weren’t ready yet we got it pass 6 pm, the A/C on my room had issues, we slept two nights really uncomfortable cuz the room was to hot, staff on the phone was very rude, by the third day and after explaining to someone the issue was on the thermostat not on the cooling unit they approved a room change, on the front desk they told us to goto the new room and wait for our baggage, this was at 10 pm, at 11:15 pm I had to call and ask for our luggage and they told me they didn’t have any room movement request, very disappointed with the staff at this resort
