Absolutely horrible sleeping arrangement. All rooms are equipped with double beds not suitable for 2 adults if you come with family of 4. Sofa bed is also uncomfortable. Rest is great.

The room and staff are excellent. All the parks are great to explore. Kids enjoyed their stay. However, we don’t like the park where there is a sale representative advising they will give us $180 credit after having a 90min presentation with them about vacation plan. They told us they would give us $90 after we told them we don’t have that much time, only 30min. We repeatedly told them we only had around 30min. At the end, they thought we would spend 90min to exchange $180. We had to go after they chit chat us for nothing. I personally don’t like their sale tactic which is the only bad experience with this trip.

room service was horrible, they don’t answer the phone. When you finally ask someone for help they tell you they will be right back and they don’t. The food was cold or wrong order, they don’t restock daily, they took 3days to bring the extra blankets we asked for and there were two roches in the room. We called about them on the 2nd night and went to the lobby ro inform them. They did nothing. Also, transportation is not available if your flight leave after midnight

Not all the restaurants were good, there was not tacos stands everywhere, the bell hop people were rude, I asked them if they could take us too are room, I guess they wanted to stand and talk instead of doing there jobs, room service was gross and took hour to get anything, I loved the way the place look it was beautiful but it can be better, also they need better medical team on staff when it takes ambulance over hour to get there, all around my 3 nights sucks was not worth my money

Omg! Where do i start. The staff was amazing, everybody has a smile on their faces and always available to help. The food was delicious which was surprising for an all inclusive. Top shelf beverages. A lot of activities. The whole facility is very neat and smells nice. I can go on and on. I would definitely come back!

The place is too big can be very crowded. Specially, the restaurants hard to get reservations at some of the restaurants feels like you’re on a giant cruise ship. For the prices that they charge I expected a little bit better personalized service.

This is the fifth time we’ve come to this resort, and it’s not worth what we paid. The room they gave us was full of cockroaches—they were coming out from everywhere. We had to change rooms at 2:00 a.m. The food is no longer as good as it used to be, the service has also gone down a lot in quality, and they don’t have enough staff. At the “Faroles” restaurant, there’s no entertainment anymore, and now they close very early. Everything closes very early, from bars to restaurants. I also didn’t like the age-restricted areas because if my daughter wants to go to the district, she would have to go alone since they didn’t let her brother, who is 12, enter. Oh, and the distances are huge to walk from one place to another. It wasn’t a good experience. Not for a five diamond resort it’s more like a four star resort now

everything was perfect. It was beautiful the hotel it's really big so many options to eat you can eat all day , if you want to you can stay there for days and never finished exploring everything you want you find it and every corner it's perfect for especial vacations.

Check in was the worst part almost 2 hrs & maybe 4 couples in front of us. No refreshments at check in. Other than that it was amazing!!!!! Would definitely go again. If I can be notified of deals I would make it my next destination!
