Très bon resort 3 étoiles et demi! La nourriture est bonne, le personnel très gentil. Le resort est pas récent mais c'est très propre. C'est un bel endroit pour le snorkling car la plage est inexistante. La baie naturelle ou l'on peut se baigner est assez creuse, je ne recommanderais pas avec de jeunes enfants. Bon à savoir : tous les repas sont pris à l'extérieur donc ca peut devenir très chaud. Le Wi-Fi est limité. Il y a peu d'animation le soir. C'est à environ 20 minutes de marche du centre de Cozumel, agréable le soir.

The best budget friendly resort on the island!
Beach access thru the tunnel. Which also connects the main hotel to one of 2 restaurants.
Beautiful view of the huge pool
Aztec show at the outdoor theater. The resort offers some sort of entertainment daily. The magic show was great
Make sure to book any excursions thru the reps in the lobby. They really do have the best deals and if not they will match any deal you find. Very convenient. The dolphin discovery was a blast and my family loved it

The Property is nicely placed close to a good snorkel/diving spot. In fact most of the patrons appear to be divers. Most of the employees were very friendly. The food is not excellent but is decent considering the price for the resort. I did dislike the apartment on the first floor, assigned to me, it was in the back of the building and trapped a lot of humidity that stick to my clothes and it was unwealthy. I had to complain with the front desk and insist in order to change to another apartment of the same type. After the change I was happy!

The location is great. Great location for diving and snorkeling. The food and accommodations were below average. If you want a less expensive option for diving, I would consider staying here. If you are looking for a really nice all inclusive resort I would look elsewhere.

Prepare for your stay with ample bug spray and sunscreen, as sunburn & sand fleas/mosquitoes can be an issue. You'll spot iguanas and coatis on the property (harmless). Rooms are dated but adequate & feature hammocks for relaxation. Housekeeping is effective, though some sheets may show stains. The TV offers some English channels, including kids' programming & you'll find plenty of charging plugs under the night table. AC & lights function well. The pool/hot tub area lacks shade, so consider the palapa for cover. Charging stations are available at both the pool & beach. Cabanas can be rented for $15. Remember to keep track of your towel cards, as they are important. The all-inclusive plan includes alcohol, with sodas limited to Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite. Water dispensers are plentiful. Food options are limited but edible. Breakfast at the beach club (you go through a tunnel to get to the beach) offers fruits, cereals, yogurt, pastries, omelets and more. Lunch options at Arcos or the pool snack bar are limited to buffett and a la carte. Dinner does not require reservations and features a range of cuisines, including Mexican and Italian. Don’t forget to ask for ice cream. The entertainment staff—David, Edgar, Ernesto, Juanita, Ferdinand, Yessie, and Suny—provide activities like water sports, trivia, crafts, and karaoke. Special thanks to Suny for her excellent work in the kids' club. Edgar, you rock! Internet in the rooms is bad but the lobby & the beach are reliable.

We have enjoyed all 3 stays here this year and plan to come back in Sept. Highly recommend. Nothing fancy but clean, great staff and very good location.

This place is worn out. The towels were disgusting and had stains on them. The sheets were disgusting and covered and stains. Just the whole property from start to finish, looks like it hit his prime about 30 years ago. None of the water sports equipment that they pictured and show online do they actually have at the facility. We were very, very disappointed to spend our short excursion here. If we had known they didn’t have things like jet skis and scooters, like they had in their pictures, we never would have come here. Overall it’s two star hotel in Mexico with two star food and a 4 star spot to beach dive.

My wife and I took a week long holiday. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and always eager to help. The food was great. We loved the different international themed dinners every night. Everyday there were fun activities and my wife loved the water aerobics. It was also so convenient to have dive boats pick us up at the property on the dock. We plan to make this an annual trip.

Check in went great! We arrived earlier than expected and our room wasn’t ready, but they gave us access to all amenities while we waited. We truly appreciated it! Once we got to our room, we were pleased to see the hammock next to the balcony! What a great way to relax in the room and get a break from the heat. The pool area was big and staff was great! We specifically chose this hotel because of the great reviews around snorkeling. They weren’t kidding! We walked to the snorkel area with the rental equipment and had an amazing time snorkeling in the Caribbean sea. This was my favorite thing! Will definitely be back!

Everyone at the resort was amazing! The food is not great… you do get tired of eating the same things daily. Their options are not great. The entertainment can use work as well… but the hotel is very clean and the staff is incredible.

The people working was fine. The entertainment staff were absolutely wonderful and to them I give 5 stars. The establishment itself is mediocre. The fruit in the morning was old and most often tasted fermented. The coffee is served cold. My milk to the coffee had maggots in it, I wanted to leave so bad after that. I inspected everything I ate after and bought parasite medicine when I left, just in case. The breakfast selection was always an eggs and toast, aside from that breakfast consisted of dinner meals like spaghetti, chicken, or rice&beans. There weren’t many options for food. For Mexican night they offered tacos both times, Mexico has so much more to offer than tacos. I also paid for pool side view and got street view with a little glimpse of ocean. Also, if you are planning on swimming, think again. The beach sucks, there is no sand, it’s rock and seaweed, it smelled, and it’s meant for divers not swimmers. If you want to go to a beach you have to pay 25.00 USD. Again, the entertainment team was amazing.

The rooms do not have WiFi very disappointing and was told only the lobby has which is pointless. The food is very basic not many options and then what’s there not doesn’t taste so good. The place is boring full of elderly people. I don’t recommend unless ur are retired of you don’t like fun. The hotel doesn’t have a beach and the little swimming area full of seaweed and big rocks. If wanting to go to beach you need to pay which is annoying. I don’t recommend for people 40 and under. The drinks are not good very basic n watery. Over all 3/10.
