An olderhand built houseso not everything is perfect, but there are Breathtaking views of the surf and mountains from the balcony. Views of the surf down the beach. You'll have full use of the house. Also have complete use of a massive, private garden. There is undercover parking and room for 3 cars to park in the driveway.

A nice house, you'll enjoy your time up here. It's an older house though, so we keep the price affordable.
