A hotel that has seen better days. It proudly displays on its entrance awards from 2016, but I feel it’s been neglected since then and when the photos were taken! Room was adequate, but annoying. No bedside lights and a single harsh ceiling light that was unpleasant. Wi-Fi signal was forever dropping out. Bathroom taps were of a design and age that were difficult to turn and shut off. Furthermore, the lift/elevator got stuck on one occasion requiring us to be rescued. An experience i wouldn’t want to repeat. Perhaps that sums up the general neglect and decline of this hotel. Breakfast was decent. Probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The bed was dirty the sheets were not clean with stains. Could not sleep the heater was making loud noise it would turn off and on. Other then that it was ok. Great location.

A very comfortable stay. Great value for your money. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your hotel. If you are looking to get your money’s worth and staying in a clean, nice hotel, look no further. Remember, we don’t live in hotels, it’s a place to be safe, take a shower and sleep in a clean and comfortable space. I will stay at Nikki again on my next trip to Curitiba!!!!! Thank you

Its ok, little smell of fried food

The hotel is fine, people do their jobs, the breakfast is fine, its near things to see. The only thing bad is that it have fried food smell, I think it was chinesse food or something like that. One day we had to call because the hot water was not active. They have a lot of energy saving things that are annoying.

Nice clean hotel with excellent service

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, working A/C and Wifi. Hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast selection. We stayed 4 nights total and very happy with this hotel.

Basic hotel in central location

Had to move to another room as the first one was too small and didn't have the number of beds booked. We moved to the second room only to find that it only had 1 power socket for three people who needed to work. Hotel is dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Hotel staff are super friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you have a smooth stay. The car park is across the road the hotel staff will be happy to valet your car for you. Breakfast was good. The wifi was also good.

Amazing and incredibly helpful staff, can't praise them enough. Beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. Location is close to some tourist spots and convenient to the tourist bus. Don't expect too many options in terms of good restaurants close by, however there are a couple.
