Room was clean though very small. Early check in was available and concierge to hold bags on check out. Breakfast was good, amenities including gym and pool were nice and clean. Only gripe - check in wanted photo ID and this was not mentioned in prior emails etc so I had none, but of a faff but worked around it in the end

Excellent amenities but the friendlies of the staff stood out. From the reception staff, concierge right through to the cleaning staff everyone was friendly and approachable. I don't normally complete review requests but it would have been remiss of me not to have responded. Warm welcome and easy checkin thanks to yousef on reception Room absolutely spotless bed very comfy. Staff warm and friendly. Location is spot just a very short stroll from kensington high street (2 minutes max)was temted to extend my stay but due to prior commitments i could not. Cant recomend enough and am already planning my next stay.

The staff are excellent. The hotel had a gym and a pool whichbis not something many London hotels have. The rooms are small but clean. For a solo business traveler, this hotel is great value for the money. I have stayed at thia hotel before and I would return without hesitating.

Our room was quite small and a bit chilly, there was an electric heater plugged in when we arrived but it was immaculately clean. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and responded to any requests we had very quickly. Would definitely stay again, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. We didn’t use the health club facilities so cannot comment on that.
