Quarto simples, mas cama confortável. A Ducha higiênica soltava da mangueira e alagava todo quarto. O Chuveiro é bem fraco, o que dificulta o banho no frio. Café da manhã muito bom.

Com todos problemas e BOM

Existe um demora relativa no checkin. Ontem por volta de 18:10 minha chegada aguardei por dez minutos subi ao terceiro andar e ao chegar na porta a chave nao abriu ... sabe que aconteceu ... claro tive que voltar a recepção. Liberaram outra chave. Neste quarto a internet super instável. Você dorme com um baralho a noite toda ao descobrir que é a geladeira... e vc acorda com o despertador provavelmente do celular do hospede do quarto visinho e o pior que a pessoa demorou para acordar. A Refeição servida pode se considerar um ponto positivo. Estacionamento cobrado ... ridiculo.

O hotel é muito limpo e os funcionários muito cordiais, café da manhã bom! Porém, minha experiência no hotel foi frustrante quando antes de dormir fui pegar água no frigobar para tomar medicamentos e não tinha. Então liguei no ramal da recepção duas vezes e ninguém atendeu. Resolvi ligar no telefone do hotel para solicitar que levassem água até meh quarto, quando fui informada de que não havia serviço de quarto. Já que não há serviço de quarto, então ao menos coloquem água no frigobar. Já estava pronta para dormir e tive que me trocar pra buscar água na recepção.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. I stayed only for a night, everything was great!! The property conditions and the room conditions was excellent!, the breakfast was yum. Highly recommend it to all!!
