Told front desk toilet was loose no tech game to fix. Asked for extra linen non was brought up. Hotel was undergoing reno and there was an unpleaseant smell in the elevator. I was unable to connect my fire stick to the TV. Other then that bed was comfy.

Just okay. They advertise as pet friendly which is great but they don’t disclose a $50 non-refundable fee until you check in. I didn’t appreciate the surprise.

I didn’t love the lighting in the bathroom mirror. lol other than that didn’t have anything negative to say about the place. Comfortable, clean, everything worked! Only interacted with one employee at the front desk but was nice and friendly and gave us a cookie. lol didn’t use the restaurant or pools so can’t comment on that.

Under construction

This property is under construction for renovations. The hallway on the 2nd floor and elevator shafts smelled like sewer gas. The side of the tub looked like someone spilled coffee down the side of it a few guests ago.

The hampton is next door...go to double tree!

The in hotel restaurant was amazing! The staff was SOOOO nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk (1-11-25) mid afternoon was soo nice even though i kept bugging her with stuff, she did hook me up with another free warm cookie. She also was so quick to provide me with a robe when i asked for one and a tooth brush (I was a grease fire apparently that day lol). Not my direct server at the restaurant but shout out to Shawn/Sean, soo helpful and he want even my server...

This is an older property undergoing renovations, but they were discreet and quiet. In fact, our room was freshly renovated. The desk attendant should have told us how to open the door to the room before we gave up trying after about 5 to ten frustrating minutes before making the trek to the front desk to ask for help. Also, the TV was very difficult for me to navigate. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel/room.
