We were only here for one night so don’t have a whole lot of expectations other than having a clean place to sleep and shower. I don’t usually leave reviews, especially for hotels, but I did want to mention Ms. Rosie. She was super sweet and helpful, she accommodated an earlier check in (out of towners who had a way too early flight), and you can tell she genuinely cares about the guests.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. First, I want to say that the staff was excellent, very polite, helpful, and professional. Their service made a positive impression and is truly appreciated. However, I would like to raise a few concerns regarding the hotel facilities. During my stay, the escalator was not working, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, a side door was left open, which raised safety concerns. Lastly, the room requires maintenance to see what needs to be fix I hope this feedback is helpful and that these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience in the future. Thank you for your attention.

The room was clean and nice. The pillows were lumpy and the comforter crunched like it was plastic. The coffee and breakfast were very good. The desk clerk was not friendly at all.

Decent location, good breakfast, and staff was friendly. However, the rooms look a bit shabby. Stray hairs were stuck on the toilet and shower walls, shower grab bar was broken, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The AC barely kept the room cool and had a very loud vibration. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

As soon as you walk in it feels welcoming and smells good like clean and fresh my babies loved the indoor pool and breakfast was our favorite part we were in for the cowboys vs chargers game and we were already expecting to pay a high fee on uber but they offered a shuttle ride for only 30$ round trip definitely keeping’s this hotel in mind next time we visit
