The fridge leaked water on the floor, when I made the reservation it was supposed to be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday but it only did Wednesday, and Thursday so when I realized what happened I went to the desk to informed them what happened and asked if I just needed to go online and extend the reservation and they said no that they would take care of it for me. The next morning I was looking at my bank account and I was billed 128.00 so I went back down to the desk and the lady never even got out of her chair and said that I was billed correctly. I told her that I paid 71.00 for Wednesday and same for Thursday so I didn’t understand why I got charged double and she said each night was a different price. I told her I wasn’t made aware of that and she said sorry and put her head back down

Musty, wet, and strange smell

Hotel was decent overall. We asked for a room on first floor near an entrance because we brought our dog. Dog friendly was a plus. But the room was damp and musty and nothing ever dried out, even with air conditioning on constantly. Everything felt wet. It was very uncomfortable, but we needed to be close to the exit, so we stayed in that room.

Many things were in poor to bad condition in our room. The coffee pot did not work. The tv remote had holes in it over the buttons. The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day but it wasn’t. Things were not restocked like toilet paper, tissues, or towels. We have stayed at other Comfort Inns and were very pleased with the service. This is the worst Comfort Inn I have ever been to.

I was there a week and they only cleaned once. I did have do not disturb on my second day and forth day. My trash was piled up and towels dirty for three days.

It was a good stay. The only thing was there was some water damage in the bathroom and needed to be fixed. The hotel need the grass mowed and edge. It would make it look cleaner and more inviting.
