The staff was very nice and patient with us. We had a LOT of trouble with the key card and more often than not, had to get someone to unlock the room door. Mid-week, they changed our room and all was fine for the duration of the stay. Overall a good experience.

Front desk-excellent Breakfast attendant-never a smile or speaks. Rooms spacious but bathroom shower/tub needs replacing of fixtures. Rug in room needs good vacuum cleaning. Location worked very good for us, this was our second stay here.

It was a clean, comfortable room.But the key card for the door would not work well, so I had to get it replaced 4 times what's meant going back down to the lobby after I'd already done to my room.But other than that , it was a nice stay

Do not accept 1st floor room near exit the slamming of the exit doors will most definitely keep you awake at night and thru the early morning hours. It is EXTREMELY loud and they will not let you get a different room after you ask. Maybe staff needs to sleep one night in those rooms to see if they wont fix the door slamming so hard

We were disappointed the hotels internet settings were set to block steaming apps. We had to ask for help multiple times to replace the remote for the tv- they finally figured out the makeshift hanging wires were actually a sensor for the remote and they must be hanging a certain way to communicate w the remotes. There was a stand and sign for lemon water, however, no one put out that water over 3 days. The coffee available was an instant coffee machine- no brewed coffee available. Often. There was no one at the desk. I even left a note on their computer asking for tv help … it was ignored. The third employee I met finally came to the room on day 2 and figured out the tv/remote problems. The toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen… you could see through it. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable for sleep and safe. But the amenities are atrocious compared to similar priced options. We will not stay again.

Good hotel, will be more than likely to stay again. Just didn’t appreciate that my room felt wet? Like humid but not hot? The towels in the bathroom wouldn’t even dry properly. Other than that everything was good.
