The hotel seemed average until we got to our room. As soon as the elevator doors open onto the 2nd floor it smelled so bad, like a musty enclosed water park. Our room smelled even worst like a boys locker room, stinky feet smell. We got in late and only needed the room for a small time since we had an early flight the next morning. Also the door didn't seem to safe you could see the light shining from the hallway. Luckily there was another door that separated the living/sleeping area and we locked that door as well. Would probably not consider staying at this property again.

The property was not clean and outdated. The tub faucet was continuously running when “turned off.” It was not a drip. Would not recommend especially for the price.

My stay at Comfort Suites was good. However, I was disappointed in the wait time for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I was told the wait time would be 10-15 minutes, but my wait time was about an hour. By the time we reached the hotel we were already exhausted, so it was nice that our room was ready. Another thing, we went downstairs for breakfast, but everything was gone when we got there.

Two major issues. First, the airport shuttle was not clearly marked and when we asked him if he was going to the Comfort Inn, he said no. So we waited for what we were told was the next one. There was no next one. After an hour, we took an uber. Second issue, the toilet was clogged. Couldn’t be fixed in the middle of the night. Had to use the lobby when needed which required getting up and getting dressed to walk the halls. Thankfully we were only there for one night on an unplanned layover from a cancelled flight.
